Zoom Scale-Up Summit Competition

Visit our Virtual Expo booths to earn lucky draw entries and be entered for a chance to win exciting prize including a complimentary Zoom Workplace Pro License for up to 10 users, a Logitech MX Desktop Setup, and a Zoom swag bag. Terms and conditions will apply

Zoom EMEA Scale-Up Summit 2026 Lucky Draw Rules. Open only to residents of countries where participation is lawful, excluding Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Russia, USA, India, and Egypt, and any jurisdiction where registration or approval is required. Government and education personnel, employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members, and those whose employer’s guidelines or regulations do not allow entry in the lucky draw or acceptance of the prize are not eligible. Void where prohibited and sponsor reserves the right to exclude additional countries or territories if required by law. Participants must be registered attendees of the virtual Zoom EMEA Scale-up Summit on April 22, 2026 to enter and qualify for the lucky draw ("Entry Period"). Participants will earn lucky draw entries by visiting as many booths as possible within the Virtual Expo. The top twenty (20) participants who visit the most booths will be entered into the lucky draw, and three (3) winners will be drawn at random. The prizes are as follows:

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary Zoom Workplace Pro License for up to 10 users, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. For net new customers, this prize represents a new Zoom Workplace Pro License covering up to 10 users. For existing Zoom customers, this prize constitutes an additional license for up to 10 users in accordance with the Pro License tier, which will be added to their current license allocation and will not replace or modify their existing license arrangement. The additional license will remain active for 12 months from the date of activation. Winner must claim this prize and activate the license within 30 days of receiving notification of their win. (estimated value $1,699.20).

One (1) winner will receive a Logitech MX Desktop Setup (includes Logitech MX Keys Combo for Business, Logitech Zone Wireless 2ES Headset, and Logitech MX Brio 705 for Business) (estimated value $757.39).

One (1) winner will receive a Zoom surprise swag bundle including a You're on Mute T-Shirt size M (estimated value $107.25)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for like value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
