• Foundations Lab: Building AI Fluency Across Zoom Workplace A hands-on, zero-credit intro to the AI built into Zoom Workplace. No license or AI Credits required. Explore in-meeting features like AI virtual backgrounds, My Notes, live transcription, and Q&A, then turn meeting summaries into a Zoom Canvas doc and action plan. Also covers the AI side panel in Zoom Chat and Whiteboard AI mind-mapping, plus a first look at ZoomMate.
• Advanced Lab: Unlocking ZoomMate's Agentic Capabilities A deeper dive into ZoomMate; Workflows, AI agents, connectors, and indexed retrieval (some features use AI Credits). Covers admin setup, combining action items across meetings, Agentic Search across connected sources, content generation, Skills, and recurring tasks like the "AI Morning Brief" podcast plus building a meeting-prep Workflow and a role-specialized AI agent.

Zoom Phone Labs

• Foundations Lab: From Setup to Enterprise Deployment (90 min) A hands-on walkthrough of the full Zoom Phone lifecycle from initial configuration to enterprise-scale management. Learn to set up dial plans, IVRs, policies, and Zoom Phone Sites, provision users, and enable online fax and Zoom Assistant. Explore AI-powered features like intelligent call queues, shared line appearances, voicemail prioritization, and AI call summaries, plus troubleshooting with built-in tools and Quality of Service dashboards.
• Advanced Lab: Solving Real-World Business Cases (90 min) For those who've completed the Foundations lab. Covers layered policy management (Account, Site, Group, User), advanced calling features like Shared Line Groups, Group Call Pickup, VIP Delegation, and Call Queue Callback, and the full Zoom AI suite including the AI Side Panel and Zoom Virtual Agent. Also covers customer engagement tools (live dashboards, analytics, wallboards) and enterprise-grade troubleshooting with Zoom Phone Dashboards and Call Detail Records.

Zoom CX Lab

• Foundations Lab: Build a working, production-ready voice agent in one session. Give your AI agent a natural, on-brand voice that answers from your own knowledge base, teach it to look up customer accounts and respond in seconds, connect it to a phone number, and take your first real call. Record and analyze every conversation, spot trends, and score calls automatically with a bonus module on handing off complex calls to live agents via AI Expert Assist.

Upon completion of the labs, attendees can take a knowledge assessment and earn completion certifications.
